The flat rate fee is for standard, single unit, residential purchases and sales. It is sometimes necessary to register additional instruments or make additional payouts and fees will be payable in those circumstances over and above the flat fee.
The flat rate fee for purchases is only available for title insured transactions. The cost of title insurance is based on the purchase price and not included in the flat rate fee.
