Sheldon Kosky, BA, LLB

Retired

Born and raised in Kitchener, Sheldon completed his undergraduate degree at Wilfred Laurier University, then known as Waterloo Lutheran. After graduating from WLU, Sheldon earned his law degree at Osgoode Hall in Toronto, but was eager to return to his much-loved home town of Kitchener-Waterloo where he started up his own law practice which continues to flourish to present day, now as a partnership with Brent Balmer.

Sheldon has earned an impeccable reputation amongst his colleagues and clients alike, as well as with the KW community at large, for not only his honesty and integrity, but also for his competence as a skilled and experienced lawyer.

During his free time, Sheldon determinedly tries to squeeze in a game of golf or two whenever he can, but always recognizes family as his number one priority. He and his wife, Fran, are proud parents and grandparents. They continue to offer support to their adult grandson who is severely afflicted by autism. They are also ardent advocates for the needs of all individuals on the autism spectrum.
